THE ROLE

We are currently looking for an Associate Trade Show and Event Coordinator to support the planning and execution of Sun Chemical's trade shows and industry events. The role involves managing logistics, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful event participation aligned with strategic business initiatives. Your responsibility will include:

• Plan and execute logistics for national and regional trade shows and industry events
• Manage the annual trade show calendar, ensuring coordination between divisions for pre-show promotions
• Collaborate with Global Marketing Managers to develop integrated event marketing plans
• Coordinate vendor management and ensure adherence to deadlines for trade show participation
• Assist in the creation of exhibit graphics and order promotional items
• Prepare communication materials for internal stakeholders regarding event plans and recaps
• Provide onsite support during trade shows, including booth installation and vendor management
• Conduct administrative follow-up tasks, including lead generation collection and event analysis

YOUR PROFILE

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• 2+ years in event planning, marketing, or a related role
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities; excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to Detail: Proactive problem-solving mindset with a focus on detail
• Basic analytical skills and experience with Salesforce and related applications (Pardot, iCapture)
• Willingness to travel for trade shows and events (up to 30% seasonally)
• Advanced in English, knowledge of other languages such as Spanish or German would be a plus
