THE ROLE
As Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Talent Acquisition team and regional recruiters across multiple countries. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth execution of recruitment processes while maintaining compliance, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience. Key Responsabilities include:

Coordinate interview scheduling across multiple time zones for candidates and hiring managers

Manage candidate communications, ensuring timely updates and a positive candidate experience

Prepare offer letters and support onboarding documentation in collaboration with HR teams

Ensure recruitment activities comply with local labor laws, GDPR requirements, and company policies

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the ATS (SuccessFactors)

Collaborate with recruiters, HR Business Partners, and hiring managers to support hiring needs

Act as a point of contact between candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth process flow

Support the effective use of recruitment systems and tools

Coordinate with external vendors for background checks and other recruitment-related services
THE PROFILE

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2+ years of experience in recruitment coordination or HR support, ideally within EMEA
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Proficiency with ATS platforms (SuccessFactors preferred) and MS Office Suite
-
Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional European languages are a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, international environment
