THE ROLE
The Senior Talent & Organizational Effectiveness Manager - EMEA is responsible for translating business strategy into talent outcomes across the region, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership pipelines, and workforce plans needed to support growth and transformation. Acting as a strategic partner to business leaders, HRBPs, and global talent teams, this role drives talent reviews, succession planning, workforce planning, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives. The role combines strategic thinking with strong execution, ensuring talent decisions are implemented and deliver measurable business impact. The key responsibilities include:
- Translate business priorities into talent strategies and workforce plans aligned with future capability needs.
- Lead strategic workforce planning, identifying capability gaps, leadership needs, talent risks, and the impact of AI and automation on work.
- Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning, ensuring clear decisions, accountability, and follow-through actions.
- Strengthen leadership pipelines and increase visibility and movement of talent across EMEA.
- Drive talent mobility by connecting leaders, countries, and functions to enable enterprise-wide talent deployment.
- Partner with HR and business leaders on organizational design, operating model effectiveness, and transformation initiatives.
- Lead regional and global talent projects from design to implementation, ensuring stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.
- Enhance performance and talent management practices through data-driven insights, governance, and accountability.
- Build strong regional and global networks to share talent practices and align talent priorities with business objectives.
THE PROFILE
- Strong experience in Talent Management, Succession Planning, Leadership Development, Strategic Workforce Planning, or Organizational Effectiveness.
- Proven experience working in complex, multinational organizations across multiple countries within EMEA.
- Demonstrated success in linking talent strategy to business outcomes and organizational transformation.
- Experience leading regional or global talent initiatives with measurable results.
- Understanding of future workforce trends, skill transformation, AI-related work changes, and capability building.
- Knowledge of talent analytics and data-driven decision-making.
- Ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders in complex environments.
- Strong project management and execution skills with a focus on outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Collaborative, resilient, and able to work effectively across cultures, functions, and geographies.
- Strong judgment, accountability, and a results-oriented approach.
