YOUR TASKS

 

Become a part of our HR Team at our Location in Badalona/ Madrid – we are responsible for design, deployment and execution of HR capabilities in the areas of performance management, learning, development, strategic workforce planning, employee engagement and communications. The role will work closely with country and local HR managers to tailor processes and standards to the employee groups in each area, balancing global standards & leading practices with local norms and cultures to ideally support the employee value proposition in balance with business needs. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a HR Specialist (m/f/d) with the following responsibilities:

 

  • Act as the liaison for the Global Talent Management function in the region, and the “go to” resource for country and local HR teams and business leaders
  • Seeking first to understand business practices in the region, develop recommendations and assist in the deployment of HR and business tactics such as employee communications and development, implementation of new tools for talent management as well as new practices
  • Assist in the deployment of key projects designed to impact employee attraction, development and retention, including Recognition, Workplace Pride, Flexible Work Schedules, Source-to-Onboard Experience and Leadership Development
  • Provide support for regional HR operations projects including M&A activities, transition to shared services, deployment of a global job architecture, establishment of our employee value proposition and various cost management initiatives
  • Identify leading practices for talent management activities in each EMEA region and develop recommendations to assist in expanding and leveraging those practices across the region
  • Establish a standard repository for globally leverageable communications, training content library and assist in recommending employee engagement and communications standards for each sub-region and country

YOUR PROFILE

 

  • Bachelor ‘s Degree in Business, Industrial or Organizational Psychology, HR or related fields required
  • Relevant work experience in Talent and/or Performance Management or Learning & Development, ideally in a high growth environment
  • Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written, Proficiency in Spanish, German and French is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrating urgency, flexibility and agility as priorities shift
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, act with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
  • Experience with HR systems, such as SAP SuccessFactors is a plus
