THE ROLE
Join us as Manager of our Customer Service team at the Istanbul office - To strengthen our team, we are looking for an operational and functional Manager of Customer Service (local and regional) in coordination with the Head of Customer Service EMEA with the following tasks at the earliest possible date:
- Conducting target agreements and performance assessments, developing and coaching employees, including defining further training measures, as well as taking responsibility for resource allocation and resource planning within the European Customer Service
- Collaboration and support of sales-relevant customer projects and development of innovative solutions to increase operational performance and positively influence business development
- Analysis, optimization and standardization of customer service processes. Active monitoring of all CSrelevant key figures and early countermeasures in the event of deviations
- Managing training and development within Customer Service (incl. IT applications)
- Coordination of activities in the context of eBusiness (i.e. SAP, ERP, e-commerce, IT, etc.)
- Ensuring process conformity in Customer Service and monitoring compliance
- Strengthening the exchange of information between interfaces: Sales, Supply Chain, Credit Management, Finance, Logistics, Marketing, Product Management, QM
- Collaborating in and implementation of local and global Sun/DIC projects
YOUR PROFILE
- Successfully completed degree in business administration, international/export business or logistics
- Sound professional experience in the area of Customer Service
- Sound knowledge of order management and supply chain processes
- Experience in export management, export document management and trade compliance
- Minimum 3 years of leadership experience
- Very good knowledge of English
- Very good communication skills
