THE ROLE
As a Programme / Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our Salesforce CRM system and other software tools. In this role, you will work closely with the Market Strategy Director, Global IT & Salesforce teams, Product Managers, Key Account Managers, Regional Sales Professionals and other cross-functional teams, using CRM data to drive insights that support strategic decisions in product communication, customer insights, and market intelligence.
- Manage and optimize the Salesforce CRM platform for EMEA, ensuring effective usage and performance
- Serve as the primary resource for user support, dashboard creation, system enhancements, and troubleshooting
- Evaluate & Propose changes to the Salesforce database, including user setup, role assignments, and workflows
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess CRM requirements and propose solutions aligned with business needs
- Develop and maintain project deliverables that support the business processes, including functional specifications
- Lead training initiatives to expand CRM proficiency and support business productivity
- Play a critical role during upgrades, new releases, testing, and participate in change management processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, IT, Business Management, Data Management, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience with CRM platforms, ideally Salesforce
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with an ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management tools like MS Project
- Experience with SAP in a manufacturing environment is a plus
- Familiarity with business processes such as account management, opportunity analysis, and forecasting
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time and fluency in English
