THE ROLE
Join our Customer Service Hub at our location in Badalona. We are looking for a Customer Support Analyst to strengthen our team as soon as possible with the following responsibilities:
- Closely collaborating with and supporting the customer service
- Attend meetings with CS and supply chain teams, raise and resolve issues affecting customers or operations
- Monitor and address the Color Materials assignment sheets and manage support functions to facilitate the order fulfillment process for the Color Materials customer service team
- Central contact for Customer Master Data Maintenance and problem-solving by identifying root causes and implementing solutions for internal and external customers
- Support special projects as needed
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Service role or a comparable position
- Advanced proficiency in SAP R3 and MS Excel, including data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple activities
- Very good communication skills in English
