YOUR TASKS

Become a part of our Maintenance Department at our location in Badalona. You will lead improvement tasks, small projects to increase and assure the availability, performance, and safety of all the installations and machinery of the Site:

• Lead maintenance improvements and failures studies, root causes analysis and other improvement tools focused at maintenance
• Assure the maintenance KPIs and preventive execution and prepare all the related reports
• Lead the predictive maintenance plan creation and its fulfillment
• Technical diagnosis of breakdowns and failures helping the maintenance coordinators
• Figure in charge at department, to contact with external foreign companies for online/phone support and remote diagnosis
• SAP PM plans supervision, updating and its reporting
• Ariba purchase orders of Maintenance, creation and following
• Summarize and reporting the programmed working maintenance orders related with external services and subcontractors
• Spare parts inventory and warehousing and replacement standards and policies

YOUR PROFILE

• Higher technical training (engineering or related careers)
• Profund experience in the industrial sector (chemical, pharmaceutical or process industry) 
• Good communication skills both verbal and written in English and Catalan
• Knowledge of SAP PM and GMAO system (f.e. Maximo or Prisma)
