THE ROLE

Join our team at our Badalona location. We are currently looking for a Manufacturing Process Lead (MPL). The MPL is the primary link between the Production and Technical teams, ensuring consistent and efficient manufacturing of products that meet quality specifications. The role involves:

• Act as the primary liaison between Production and Technical teams
• Identify and implement process & procedural improvement opportunities
• Manage the production trial & MOC (Management of Change) systems
• Ensure significant process controls are in place for consistent product manufacture
• Manage the QA testing laboratory, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment
• Undertake site-based projects to improve site performance and consistency

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree or diploma in Chemical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related discipline
• Influencing and project management skills
• Proven experience in process improvement
• Knowledge of ink chemistry and production processes
• Qualified Greenbelt or Blackbelt in Lean Six Sigma or similar
• Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office) and SAP PTF QM systems
• Ability to work independently and take accountability for own workload and results
