About the Role:

As an InkJet Customer Support Technician, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers through technology and process improvements. Working closely with Technologists and the Customer Support Manager, you'll handle a diverse range of activities—including managing customer complaints, dispatching ink samples, and resolving manufacturing issues—to enhance overall customer experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Level or Degree in Chemistry or a related discipline
• Experience with operating equipment safely and effectively
• Knowledge of product development, formulation, and testing
• Ability to produce high-standard technical documentation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
