Job Title: Account Manager

Job Location: Bentonville, AR / Hybrid role

 

The Account Manager will support the Senior Account Manager and be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of Private Brands graphic packaging projects. This role will involve building and managing graphics projects, ensuring all elements are correct before file release. The Account Manager will build relationships with key client team members and their suppliers to meet and exceed client expectations.

 

The Account Manager will partner with the team and clients to consistently deliver projects on time and to the highest standard. All graphics projects must be of high quality, consistent, on time, and correct for content, brand, and color. Previous experience with print and packaging is desirable, as well as strong attention to detail and an understanding of regulatory and legal rules in Food and Consumables packaging.

 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

 

Customer Focus

 

  • Establish and actively manage relationships with the team, client, suppliers, and printers to best in class.
  • Ensure every packaging item is given the fullest attention, so our retail customers are satisfied every time!
  • Be the voice of our business – speak proactively, consistently and with authority in response to projects, process and our people.
  • Build relationships and engage every day with your category to promote collaborative working.  

 

Delivery Results

 

  • Ensure projects are delivered on time. You’ll be measured by % of on-time delivery dates you and your team delivered per week. 
  • Set up weekly touch base with Senior Account Manager to report on your business end to end. Volumes, updates, challenges, solutions.

 

Working with others - Collaboration

 

  • Understand workloads, and priorities across the team day to day. Work consistently and within the process in front of the client. Escalate exceptions to the Client Director for support and guidance.
  • Set up a weekly touch base with Client Director to report on your business. Volumes, updates, your team, successes, and challenges of the week.

 

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a similar role
  • Proficient with Office 365 Suite
  • Commercial acumen
  • Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional results.
  • Experience in managing accounts within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)/Retail industry.
  • Understanding of change management
  • Good understanding of planning and project management principles while multi-tasking.
  • Active engagement in industry thought leadership and a proven track record of building strong client relationships.

 

       PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred 
  • Packaging Graphics Experience
  • Print knowledge
