Are you enthusiastic about technology, sustainability, and making a real impact for global clients? Aura is looking for a Client Technology Consultant specialising in optimization of client processes using innovative solutions through our proprietary SaaS platforms.

🎯 What You’ll Deliver

As a Client Technology Consultant, you’ll:

• Configure and optimise SaaS tools to meet client-specific needs.
• Support onboarding, testing, and documentation to ensure seamless platform adoption.
• Respond to client queries and maintain learning materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality service and continuous improvement.

📚 Your Experience

• Experience in a client-facing role within a SaaS or tech-driven packaging environment.
• Strong understanding of software configuration and workflow mapping.
• Ability to translate business needs into user-friendly solutions.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with business scenario testing and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Awareness of UX principles and sustainability or regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like DevOps, Jira, or Confluence
