We are looking for a detail-oriented Packaging Data Quality Manager to ensure the accuracy and reliability of packaging data across Aura’s systems. Following a period of rapid growth, robust data oversight is a top priority for us. This role will be central to developing and implementing data quality strategies, addressing existing data issues, and championing a culture of high-quality, error-free information to drive accurate reporting for our clients.

🎯 What You’ll Deliver

• Develop and implement data quality standards and best practices across the e-halo platform.
• Establish metrics, benchmarks, and dashboards to monitor data accuracy and integrity.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, collaborating with internal teams to address root causes.
• Deliver training and guidance to ensure best practices for data validation and management.
• Create traceability documentation and policies to prevent recurrence of internal errors.
• Proactively identify risks related to poor data quality and implement mitigation strategies.
• Explore opportunities for automation and process optimisation to improve data quality processes.

📚 Your Experience

Essential

• 5+ years’ experience in data management within the packaging sector.
• Qualification in Packaging Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of packaging materials, specifications, and regulations.
• Proficiency with data management and quality tools; experience with SQL, data profiling, and visualization preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data integrity.

Desired Skills:

• Certification in data management or packaging (e.g., ISTA, Six Sigma, CDMP).
• Project management experience.
