As a Supplier Success Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our supplier ecosystem—overseeing onboarding, engagement, and performance. You’ll ensure accurate, high-quality data collection for packaging portfolios, while fostering long-term partnerships and driving operational excellence.
🎯 What You’ll Deliver
- Manage supplier relationships and communications using CRM and internal systems.
- Lead onboarding processes and ensure SLA compliance.
- Support suppliers on our proprietary platform, e-halo, and become a super user.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Data Assurance, Consultancy, Technology, etc.).
- Analyse and present data insights to improve supplier performance.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
📚 Your Experience
- Proven experience in supplier relationship management.
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
🌟 Bonus Skills
- Knowledge of the packaging or retail industry.
- Experience with PLM systems and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of supply chain management.
