Job Title: HR Operations & Employee Services Manager- US
Location: Cincinnatti, OH
POSITION SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic leader to oversee and manage the daily operations of our HR Services. This individual will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to providing high-quality HR services, streamlining HR processes, and ensuring seamless delivery of HR support to employees across the organization. The HR Operations & Employee Services Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience, improving operational efficiency, and driving HR service excellence.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of HR professionals, ensuring a high level of performance and engagement.
- Set clear goals and performance expectations for team members and regularly assess progress.
- Foster a collaborative, customer-centric culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
Service Delivery & Operations Management:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of HR Services, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of HR services.
- Manage HR inquiries, requests, and escalations from employees across multiple channels (phone, email, ticketing system).
- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize efficiency and enhance service delivery.
Process Optimization & Automation:

- Continuously evaluate HR service processes, recommending and leading improvements to streamline workflows.
- Leverage HR technology and automation tools to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort.
- Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to ensure HR Services utilize sthe best technology and systems.
Employee Experience:

- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high satisfaction levels with internal stakeholders.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention through the HR Services.
- Provide guidance and support to HR staff in handling employee concerns and inquiries professionally.
Data Management & Reporting:

- Track and analyze service metrics (e.g., response times, issue resolution, employee satisfaction).
- Prepare regular reports on HR Service delivery performance for senior leadership.
- Utilize data insights to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Compliance & Risk Management:

- Ensure that all HR services are delivered in compliance with company policies and applicable laws/regulations.
- Stay up to date on HR trends, legal requirements, and best practices to mitigate risks and maintain compliance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:

- Partner with HR business partners and other departments to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of HR processes.
- Represent HR Services in cross-functional projects or initiatives, contributing expertise to achieve organizational goals.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and employee relations.
- Experience with HR service delivery models and HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS systems).
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, manage multiple priorities, and solve complex problems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Demonstrated experience in driving continuous improvement in HR services.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
- Knowledge of global HR practices and multi-country HR service delivery.
- Experience with HR process automation and AI tools.

Salary: $85,000
