Thanks to our innovative products and great team – we are proud that the business is continuing to grow, we now have an opportunity for a Production Operatives to join our professional manufacturing team based in South Normanton, Derbyshire.

This role will be working Monday to Friday based around the standard working week.  

Responsibilities 

• Use of filling equipment for ink.
• Packaging of ink products.
• Cleaning machinery.
• Using equipment / machinery / instruments safely and effectively within set requirements and procedures to meet area targets.
• Ability to operate batch processing machinery. Maintains a high level of housekeeping in working area.
• Goods inwards
• Picking/packing goods for outbound deliveries
• Picking goods for production consumption
• FLT Operation
• Safety Commitment

Key Requirements:

• Experience: Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is advantageous but not essential.
• Skills:

 Basic production knowledge or hands-on ability.
• Ability to work across various areas in the factory – this is not a static production line role.
• Comfortable using different equipment such as blenders, dispensers, lifting aids, and loading materials. ( We will train them)
• Attributes:
• Must be proactive, switched-on, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
• Good physical fitness – the role involves movement around the site and handling materials.
• A willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.

Desirable (but not essential):
• Forklift experience or license.
