About the Role
Looking for a hands-on role where you can learn new skills and build a long-term career?
We’re hiring a Production Operative to join our team in Evesham. No previous experience is required — full training will be provided.
You’ll be part of a supportive team working on-site with one of our customers, helping ensure smooth production and high-quality output

What You’ll Be Doing

Supporting day-to-day production activities
Assisting with printing and colour processes
Following clear procedures and safety guidelines
Working as part of a team to meet production targets
Learning new skills through ongoing training

What We’re Looking For
A reliable team player with a positive attitude
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Good attention to detail
Commitment to safety
No prior experience required – full training provided

Requirements
GCSE (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade 4/C or above)
Ability to work rotating shifts (including nights & weekends)
No colour vision deficiency (role requires colour accuracy)

Nice to Have (Not Essential)
FLT licence
