Liderar a equipe de trabalho na área de produção, acompanhando as atividades de processamento e fabricação dos produtos da empresa, direcionando o processamento, condições ideais de recursos materiais e humanos, para atender a demanda de pedidos sob sua responsabilidade. Acompanhar informacoes do processo de fabricação, baseando-se nos dados de planilhas eletrônicas do sistema informatizado especifico, demonstrar em relatorios o movimento produtivo diário, para cumprimento dos objetivos de eficiência e qualidade definidos pela empresa, realizar o processo produtivo com a separação de matérias-primas, identificação do material em processo, pesagem de materiais utilizando balanças adequadas, mistura de produtos utilizando o misturador adequado, coleta de amostra para análise do produto em laboratório, envase em moinho tri-cilíndrico, transferência de embalagens, fechamento e identificação final do produto. Opera empilhadeira/paleteira para movimentação de produtos, busca o desenvolvimento constante do seu pessoal, avaliando o desempenho e promovendo o treinamento necessário, segue as instruções de trabalho e procedimentos pertinentes a área de atuação e indicar as revisões necessárias devido mudanças nos processos e contribui e incentiva a equipe quanto a limpeza e organização do local de trabalho e conservação dos equipamentos e recursos.
