THE ROLE

 

Integrated into the Plant Support department, you will carry out the various laboratory tests and pilot tests and guarantee traceability. You will also participate in the introductions of new products. All of these missions will comply with EHS rules and the rules defined by the group. The role involves:

 

  • Carry out laboratory tests during the different stages of the manufacturing process (mixing, filtration, drying, Henschel grinding, etc.)
  • Conduct pilot tests (mixing, filtration, drying) and carry out physico-chemical checks (filtration, PRV, conductivity)
  • Participate in the introduction of new products and optimize processes where necessary
  • Write and propose new test reports based on results, and update experiment and result tables
  • Prepare, dispatch, and archive samples, and maintain an updated list of samples and raw materials
  • Ensure safety compliance, keep management updated on project progress, and manage supply and orders of small materials and consumables
  • Participate in drafting procedures and operating methods

 


YOUR PROFILE

 

  • STL or STI2D technological baccalaureate
  • Proven professional experience in the chemical industry is required
  • Proficiency in production processes and control methods, and familiarity with equipment used in the chemical industry.
  • Basic proficiency in English is appreciated
  • Proficiency in relationship management and a strong inclination towards teamwork
  • A sense of curiosity and an open mindset to enhance the intervention spectrum via analytical laboratories and quality control procedures
