THE ROLE
Integrated within the Production Department and under the responsibility of the Production Manager, your main missions will be the daily monitoring of the smooth running of production in compliance with manufacturing processes. You will also be a major player in the leading of continuous improvement projects within your scope.
Production monitoring management
- Keep the weekly production schedule and write the daily instructions
- Ensure compliance with work procedures
- Monitor the progress of production in real time
Manage improvement and investment projects related to the activity
- Initiate and make modifications to facilities and/or investment projects
- Define the needs and develop the investment plan within the allocated budget
- Lead and monitor projects
Manage processes and their improvements
- Identify daily deviations and deal with them
- Write, adapt and update production documentation and educate the production operators
- Associate the operation of processes with EHS rules (process risk analysis, product data)
- Identify the potential for optimizing the production strategy in conjunction with the production manager
Manage products and their follow-up
- Track production performance, yields, cycle times including data changes in SAP
- Define, achieve and monitor KPIs
- Participate in production planning and continuous improvement (OPEX)
YOUR PROFILE
- Holder of a chemical engineering degree or Master 2 equivalent
- A first experience in the field of chemical industries would be a plus
- A good knowledge of SAP and/or OSI-PI software is expected
- Fluent English is desired
- Rigor, interpersonal skills and organizational skills are necessary qualities for the position
