Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Inplant Supervisor to oversee our operations at our Johannesburg facility. The successful candidate will manage daily ink production activities, ensure product quality, maintain safety standards, and lead a team to meet production targets efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily ink manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards
  • Lead and motivate a team of operators and technical staff
  • Monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products
  • Implement and uphold safety, health, and environmental policies
  • Ensure consistent quality control and adherence to customer specifications
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency
  • Coordinate with sales, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer demands
  • Prepare operational reports and analyze production performance

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Prior experience in ink manufacturing or related chemical production environments
  • Proven supervisory and leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of safety protocols and quality assurance in chemical or ink manufacturing
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in production management software and related tools
