 Are you passionate about chemistry and surface coating technology? Do you have a keen eye for detail and a customer-focused approach? We are seeking a dedicated Technical Specialist to join our team and provide expert support in colour matching, quality control, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver technical expertise to support our customer base

• Perform accurate colour matching across various technologies to meet customer specifications
• Address customer queries promptly and effectively
• Promote safety initiatives, good housekeeping, and a 5S work environment
• Ensure compliance with ISO procedures and company policies
• Assist in optimizing ink performance and costs
• Contribute to team efforts and lead by example in safety and quality initiatives

Pre-Appointment Requirements:

·       Degree or National  Diploma in Chemistry – NQF level 6 or 7 (Essential )

• aSome experience working in a Chemical Technical laboratory (preferred)
• Computer literate
• Numerate and logical thinker
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to identify and match colours accurately

• Ability to understand surface coating and ink technology fundamentals
