The Role

Key Responsibilities:

As Manager – Technical Site Services you will play a pivotal role in our Site Operating Team, directly reporting to the Operations Manager.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintenance Excellence: Enhance the corrective and preventive maintenance processes to ensure maximum technical availability of our production plants.
• Project Leadership: Independently manage site projects, act as a liaison for plant changes, and oversee small multidisciplinary changes.
• Contractor Management: Supervise and manage contractors to ensure high-quality and cost-effective project execution.
• Change Process Management: Lead and monitor the Management of Change (MoC) processes.
• Utility & Facility Oversight: Handle utility management, technical procurement, facility services, and act as the IT site contact person.
• Team Leadership: Manage the maintenance department and collaborate across various disciplines within the site.

Job Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• Educational Background: HBO degree in electrical engineering.
• Professional Experience: Proven track record in a production environment and familiarity with SAP-PM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is essential, and knowledge of AutoCad is advantageous.
• Communication Skills: Fluency in English (both written and verbal) and the ability to effectively communicate across various site disciplines. Competent communication in German would also be beneficial to the role.
• Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership skills with high safety, quality, and cost awareness.
• Additional Skills: Pragmatism, stress resistance, and a hands-on approach.
• Certifications and Licenses: Possession of VOL-VCA (or willingness to obtain) and a valid driving license (B).
• Work Ethic: Flexibility with a "no 9-to-5 mentality."
