Production Manager

At our Maastricht site, we are looking for a Production Manager who combines strong leadership with a passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement. 
 
In this role, you won’t just manage production—you will shape the future of our operations, develop people, and drive sustainable performance. 

What you’ll do 

• Lead and inspire a team of 45 employees 

• Deliver results across safety, quality, cost, and delivery 

• Drive continuous improvement (Lean / OPEX) 

• Manage budgets and optimize resources 

• Act as Deputy Site Manager 

• Ensure strong EHS culture and compliance 

What you bring 

• Degree in Engineering, Operations, or Chemistry 

• Minimum 5 years experience in production 

• Strong leadership and change management 

• Knowledge of Lean / Six Sigma 

• Understanding of ISO9001 

• Fluent in Dutch and English
