Inplant Technician – Liquid Inks (Lund, Sweden)

Are you ready to take on a hands-on, customer-facing role in a leading global inks and coatings company? We are looking for an Inplant Technician to join our team in Lund, Sweden, providing essential on-site technical support to ensure smooth and efficient printing operations for our customers.

 


 

About the Role

 

As an Inplant Technician, you will:

  • Provide on-site technical support to the customer’s print department

  • Blend inks to meet specific customer requirements

  • Conduct colour matching and manage press returns efficiently

  • Assist with product trials and help resolve technical issues

  • Maintain accurate records and ensure stock management

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives, quality standards, and 5S procedures

 

This is a shift-based role offering variety and the chance to work closely with the customer’s production team.

 


 

What We’re Looking For

 

We want someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a team environment. The ideal candidate will have:

 

  • Basic secondary education in English and Maths (or equivalent)

  • Experience with liquid inks (Flexo or Gravure) or inplant operations is desirable

  • Skills in colour matching and use of colour measurement equipment

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to work independently

  • Familiarity with IT systems such as Excel, SAP, and ordering systems

 

Training will be provided to help you succeed and develop in the role.
