YOUR TASKS

Become a part of our IT Infrastructure unit based in Caleppio di Settala. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an IT Technical Support Expert (m/f/d) who will work for a Sun Chemical Italian branch with three sites/plants in Lombardia with the following tasks:

• Maintain local IT services within the boundaries of Corporate IT policies
• Apply Corporate policy where necessary and educate local business with regards to policy
• Act as a local subject matter expert for IT
• Fix user issues by taking a logical problem-solving approach
• Keep up to date with IT trends, and industry standrds. corporate policies known issues and IT assets’ management
• CBT / self-paced learning to enhance technical abilities

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed apprenticeship as IT-Specialist or completed studies in the field of IT
• Work Experience of 3-5 years desired 
• Experience with technologies such as Windows 7, 8.1, and 10 and Windows server operating systems
• Profound knowledge of Linux OS and Virtual Machines Management
• Strong ability to manage deliverables from creation to implementation while maintaining budgetary constraints and target dates
• Fluent in English as well as strong communication skills
• Full Driving License
