THE ROLE
We are seeking an OT Security Consultant to join our team at the earliest opportunity. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing OT strategies to protect critical infrastructure, manage risks, and ensure compliance with industry standards through the following key tasks:
- Develop and implement OT security architectures, including network segmentation, secure access, and intrusion detection systems
- Conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and define mitigation strategies in line with industry regulations
- Lead incident response efforts, including analysis, containment, and recovery of OT security incidents
- Establish and maintain security policies, procedures, and guidelines for OT environments
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and local teams to align security measures with operational goals
- Stay updated on emerging OT security trends, technologies, and compliance requirements
YOUR PROFILE
- Degree in computer engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of OT security or cybersecurity experience and 3 years in industrial control systems (e.g., SCADA, DCS, PLCs)
- Strong knowledge of IEC 62443, NIS2, or NIST SP 800-82 standards; relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, GICSP) are a plus
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams
- Proactive and adaptable mindset with a commitment to staying updated on OT security
- Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time and fluency in English
