The Role
The Talent Acquisition Operations Lead – LATAM drives operational excellence across the region’s talent acquisition function. The role ensures consistent, compliant, and efficient recruitment processes while aligning LATAM operations with global TA strategy. Acting as the operational backbone for the region, this leader partners with recruiters, HRBPs, business leaders, and global TA to optimize workflows, enhance data-driven decision-making, and elevate the overall candidate and recruiter experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and standardize recruitment operations across LATAM in alignment with global TA frameworks.
- Optimize processes, workflows, and technology usage, driving automation and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) and deliver insights to leadership.
- Partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders on hiring forecasts and resource planning.
- Support recruiters with operational guidance, troubleshooting, and best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure effective use of ATS and recruitment tools.
The Profile
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in recruitment operations or TA within LATAM.
- Strong command of regional employment laws and recruitment technologies (ATS, analytics).
- Previous operations or industry experience is preferred
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Highly organized, process-driven, and comfortable in fast-paced, matrixed environments.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish), with experience in multinational or multi-country operations.
- Bonus qualities: project management expertise (PMP/PRINCE2), familiarity with employer branding and candidate experience best practices.
