Objectives of the Position

This role is crucial in ensuring smooth order processing and accurate order status reporting for our customers in the region. The successful candidate will work closely with the front-office customer service team to provide seamless support and exceptional service to our customers.

 

Main Responsibilities and Key Activities

  1. End-to-end order Management
  • Perform Purchase, Sales, and Delivery Order Management tasks promptly.
  • Accurately process customers' order and ensure timely entry of orders into the system.
  • Support Credit Management, Billing, and Accounts Receivable follow-up.
  • Monitor progress of each order through to completion.
  • Manage Master Data maintenance process to ensure effective order management.
  • Coordinate and process all export/ import activities and documents, liaise with all involved 3rd parties (service providers, suppliers, bank, etc.), verify document content consistency, and send the complete set of shipping documents to customers.
  • Coordinate wth internal stakeholders to resolve daily order processing issues.
  • Ensure internal workflow adherence in order management.
  • Communicate any delays or issues with orders to the front-facing customer service team.

 

  1. Order Status Reporting
  • Provide order status report and monitor customers’ order placement against sales forecast.
  • Prepare abd update order status report
  • Prepare and update inventory reservation report
  • Prepare and record air-freight order reporting
  • Prepare and update service performance report according to defined KPI 

 

 

Job Requirements

Education: Min Bachelor's Degree

 

Working Experience:

  • Good understanding of the products/services of relevant business segments
  • Service excellence competencies
  • Min 5 years of experience in a customer service order processing role, preferably in a back-office support setting
  • Experience in Customer Service/Supply Chain/Sales/Distribution Management
  • Should have experience in SAP preferrable Order Management
  • Experience in order processing for ASEAN or APAC region would be an added advantage

 

Technical and Professional Knowledge:

  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good knowledge of business processes
  • Well versed with SAP system (S&D module) and order to cash processes
  • Well versed in MS Excel
