Supply Chain Intern 

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Supply Chain Intern to support our team to manage our Template Bill of Material (BOM) date.  This role offers hands-on experience in sorting and analyzing data that we will provide in Excel files.

Key Responsibilities

• Sort data by product line and system type.
• Analyze the number of components used over time and between active plants using them.
• Compare to existing BOMs and make recommendations to remove none active components.
• Prepare Average BOMS as percentage of component use for loading into SAP and to be used for forecasting.
• Assess target stock levels of components and assisting in making lead time change recommendations.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Supply Chain or Design Engineering degree.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
