Payroll Coordinator

Parsippany, NJ

Hybrid 

The Payroll Coordinator will be responsible for Canada and USA payroll for approximately 700
employees weekly and biweekly.

Responsibiliaties:

• Must be able to use ADP Vantage (USA) Workforce Now (Canada)
• Process weekly/biweekly Canada payroll along with some biweekly USA employees
• Compile payroll data such as hours worked, garnishments, direct deposits, vacation time, sick time, and personal time
• Documentation of Vantage and Workforce software T&A
• Process weekly/biweekly payroll and check requests for Canada and some USA
• Run internal management reports
• Perform payroll adjustments
• Input changes to employees’ wages, department, title, and personal information.
• Timely respond to inquiries concerning garnishments, liens, and/or child support
• Performs customer service functions by answering questions

Education & Experience:

• HS diploma or equivalent
• 7+ years of payroll experience
• Experience w/Workforce Now and Vantage (ADP)
• BS in Accounting is desired
• CFP or CPP preferred
