Key Accountabilities

Safety Commitment - Ensuring the Safety of Self and Others |

Acts as first technical contact with South China OEM customers |

Track the sampling of inks to South China customers and seek out results of testing in order to maximize value of inks samples into the region |

Working with the Technical Manager, advise customers on system integration issues including colour management, print head waveforms, electronics and engineering as required |

Working with OEM customers on every complaint, collect needed information, manage trials of new batches and different prototypes effectively. |
Skills Required for the Job
Manage Trials
Description - Manage trials effectively (product trials at customers or integrators). Arrange appropriate trial logistics and assist with fault finding and problem resolution as required. Work with OEMs or integrators to develop ink settings to maximize operation window of individual ink set. |
Specific – Experimental inkjet ink trials at OEM customer in South China and priority management. Frequent travelling will be required.

Film property optimization
Description - Specific testing to defined standards and tests results of ink film properties. Must have good sense to use primers or OPVs to achieve the final target. |

Complaint Management
Description – Technical skills and ability to understand OEM customer’s complaint. Collect associated ink setting details and printed samples as record. May arrange different batches or prototypes to cross check. Define the root cause of each complaint, if it relates to ink itself, or printhead/printer setting, or even substrate change and process change. |
