THE ROLE

 

The Treasury Intern will join Sun Chemical Group Treasury, a global corporate function based in the Netherlands, supporting cash management, risk management, funding, and banking activities. Working closely with a small international team and key stakeholders across finance, tax, legal, and local subsidiaries, the intern will gain hands-on exposure to group treasury operations. Key Responsabilities, include:

 

  • Keep recurring treasury reporting cycles up to date
  • Process and improve global monthly FX reporting
  • Daily reporting global cashpool balances
  • Manage cash flow forecast of global liquidity
  • Process intercompany funding payments
  • Check & settle & reporting of FX & funding contracts
  • Support on monthly mark to market valuation of our derivative portfolio
  • Handle Treasury compliance reporting
  • Participate Ad-hoc projects & assignments

 

 


THE PROFILE

 

  • Currently studying master in finance, accounting or treasury 
  • Analytical Skills and Finance knowledge
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Full professional proficiency in English 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
